That's why we at The Energy Boutique have created something special: the September Energy Boost Month. A month full of workshops and pilates introduction classes.

For women who want to take back their energy. For those of you who understand that it's not about working harder, but about taking smarter care of your body.

For anyone who is curious about Pilates and for those who finally want to discover what hormones, nutrition and fascia really do to your body.

FREE: Gut Health Focus with Intro Pilates Wallunit (Evelyn) + mini-workshop Ringana & gut health + lunch bites with  focus on nutrition for gut health

An energetic start to the week! During the Intro Wallunit Pilates, Evelyn lets you experience how movement supports your vitality. Then we dive into a mini-workshop on gut health and you will discover how a healthy gut is the key to more energy and balance. We conclude with tasty lunch bites, specially formulated to boost your gut health.

FREE: Fascia workshop (Bryan, fysiotherapist) +  Pilates for connective tissue hydration (Flaminia)

Discover the hidden power of your connective tissue. Bryan (physiotherapist) shows you how fascia works and why it is so important for flexibility and recovery. Afterwards, Flaminia will guide you in a Pilates session specifically aimed at moisturizing and strengthening your connective tissue. A unique combination!

FREE: Hormones & Nutrition, workshop menopause, hormones & nutrition (Helen) 

Nutrition has more influence on your hormones than you think. During this interactive workshop, Helen shows how you can create more balance, energy and resilience with smart choices. You will discover which foods support your hormones and how you can easily apply them in your daily life. An inspiring evening full of insights that permanently strengthen your health.

FREE: Movement & Menopause - Intro Pilates Wallunit (Evelyn) + mini-workshop (Peri)menopause & importance of movement (Helen) + lunch bites aimed at muscles & joints

Evelyn takes you through an Intro Wallunit Pilates class in which you experience how movement boosts your strength and energy. Helen then shows why exercise is indispensable for your health and vitality, especially in the (peri)menopause. You will be introduced to Ringana products that support this process and finish with nutritious lunch bites, specially aimed at strong muscles and flexible joints.

FREE: Boost Session Intro Pilates Wallunit (Flaminia) + Focus on shoulder, neck & back pain (Helen) + healthy lunch bites

Start your day with an Intro Wallunit Pilates class from Flaminia and feel how you build strength and flexibility. Then Helen takes you through a short session about shoulder, neck and back pain: how they arise, what hormones are involved and what you can do to reduce tension and fatigue. We conclude with healthy lunch bites, so that you can continue recharged and with practical tips.

Friday 26

FREE: Posture Check (Nadia & Evelyn) + healthy  snacks with coffee & tea

How is your body really doing? During this personal posture analysis and posture check, Nadia and Evelyn look at your posture and movement together with you. In short sessions of 15 minutes, you will receive practical feedback and tips that make an immediate difference. In the meantime, you can enjoy a healthy snack with coffee or tea – a moment for yourself and your body.

FREE: Posture & Pilates (Bryan our physiotherapist & Nadia) 

Our physio Bryan will explain the importance of a correct posture for you neck and shoulders. Followed by an Intro Wallunit Pilates class focused on beneficial posture for neck and shoulders.

FREE: Omega-3 info-evening with Titia

During this interactive evening, Titia will take you into the world of omega 3: why this essential fatty acid is not a luxury but indispensable for your energy, hormones and overall health. You will discover what role omega 3 plays in your body, how to recognize deficiencies and which foods and supplements really make a difference. After this session you will know exactly how to support your energy and balance from within.
