This allows for our experienced and qualified instructors to give you the dedicated guidance you need and work together on your goals. Our Offer
At The Energy Boutique we offer focused group lessons that strengthen your body and support your vitality. We work with the STOTT Pilates method using the latest Merrithew Cadillac wall units as well as mat, reformer and chair.
To improve your mobility and recovery, we pay particular attention to fascia-release. Fascia is a network of connective tissue that supports your muscles, joints and posture.
Whatever your pilates experience level, whether you're a beginner or have been training for years, you'll find a class that's right for you.
