Class Reservation System Explained

Use of our online reservation system

There are three short steps of which the 1st step only needs to be done once:

Create an account (to be done only once) at the registration link (or by pressing the "inloggen" button at the class calender page followed by clicking the "Maak nieuwe gebruiker" link). Then fill in your email address and create a password. Followed by clicking the button "Registreren". On the next screen please fill in your name, phone-number and the 'Akkoord' toggle (this way I am allowed to contact you). Then press "Verzenden". A confirmation email will be send to your email address, please open and click the confirmation-link. DONE! You will be taken to the pilates class calendar page.
Login using your newly created email and password for adding class reservations or for purchasing new credit in our online shop.
Book your slot by clicking on a class, type your name and confirm by pressing "Reservering toevoegen". Credit will be auto-deducted from your account. Available credit is listed on the top of the page, next to your login email address. In case of insufficient credit, press "Koop kredietpunten" to go to our online shop.

How do the credit system works

Each class attendance is paid for with credit at the time of reservation. Different types of classes required different amounts of credit. The class calendar shows per class how much credit is required.
Credit can be purchased in our online shop. There you will find several class packages for purchase, including credit for try-out sessions. Price in euro per class attendance is also provided for each of the packages.
Credit has a validity date that is different for each class package listed in the shop. Make sure that your credit is used (i.e. classes are booked and paid for) before the validity expires. After expiration the credit cannot be used anymore.
At the time of booking class attendance, credit is automatically deducted from your account. In case of timely cancellation (at least 24hrs before start of the class) credit is automatically added back to your account.
When trying to book class attendance with insufficient credit, an option will be provided to first purchase additional credit.
It is not possible to exchange unused credit for money.
